1. What is the delivery timeframe if I Order online

The delivery days are mentioned in the product detail page. Currently we deliver physical products only in UAE. We ensure to dispatch the product in 24 hours. Digital Gift Card codes are Emailed to the user’s email id used during registration.

2. Delivery Charges

We provide Free Shipping in UAE for any physical or Digital products.

3. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, an automatic mail is sent to the user’s Email id with the courier name, courier website and Airway Bill Number which can be tracked by the customer.

4. Shipping Restrictions

There are some restrictions in countries / Cities where we won’t be able to ship our products. These are non serviceable areas by the courier. Once the order is placed, we would be informing the customer and the order will be cancelled if the courier / Delivery has restrictions delivering in the country / City.

5. Non-receipt of Product

Normally once the order is dispatched, the courier delivers the product in 2 – 3 working days in UAE.

If the address mentioned is incorrect, the courier will return back the product to our company address. You can send us a mail to care@buyecards.com with the order id and our customer service will ensure to redispatch the same to the address.
